EO Workshops and Facilitations
The Entrepreneurs’ Organization represents a global network of individuals committed to personal and professional growth. They live to make an impact in all areas of their lives. I have developed specific engagements to support EO chapters around the United States and the world.
EO Recruiting - Test Drive Events
New membership growth is essential to fueling the impact of EO around the world. I speak at EO Events with a focus on new prospect member “Test Drives”. The purpose of the Test Drive is to help prospective EO Members see the power of EO across all facets of their life. As a longtime member of EO, the presentation tells a story of personal struggle and breakthroughs on the journey. Prospective members will learn:
How might EO impact my life?
What is the power of the EO network and how do I use it?
How will EO help me become a better leader?
What can I hope to get out of EO if I make the investment in myself?
The keynote is approximately 30 minutes with additional Q&A. There is also a 1 or 2 hour optional workshop facilitation where I will guide individuals on beginning to architect their own life design. We will use support material from One Life to Lead and curriculum from the One Life to Lead Workbook
Format: In Person or Online
EO Learning - Free Yourself to Work On Your Business
I have done multiple 2 to 3 hour workshops for EO Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Orange County. The event is a workshop designed to help entrepreneurs achieve freedom through a better understanding of how to use their financial information to make better business decisions.
In the workshops we discuss how to navigate financial statements and also how to start using that data to answer questions like:
What is my breakeven number of sales required?
How efficient is my labor?
Can I afford to make certain investments?
What levers are available to me to improve profitability and cash flow?
How can I assess if I can accelerate my cash collections?
The workshop is both instructional and breakout and while the focus is on financial information, it is really about helping business leaders build confidence in what questions to ask and how to interpret financial results.
